Booking T&Cs

Additional terms may vary per individual bookings.

• Overtime rates: No extra hour will be billed when a shoot/booking finishes up to 15 minutes past the hour. At 16 minutes and over, an extra full hour will be added at the appropriate rate and for every subsequent hour after that.

• Cancellation policy for confirmed bookings, including verbal, text, online or email, with less than 48 hours ' notice, will be charged at full fee, within 72 hours’ notice, at a 50% fee.

• A 72-hour full cancellation fee binds weekend bookings, i.e., Saturday bookings must be cancelled no later than Wednesday.

• A same-day booking is considered a confirmed booking and will be bound by the cancellation policy.

• Bookings across multiple consecutive dates are bound by a 5-day full cancellation.

• Payment terms are 7 x days from the invoice date unless an arrangement has been made 48hrs min before booking. Late fees apply.

• Usage: Usage rights are limited to the specific rights granted and confirmed in writing and may not be extended without further negotiations.

• Mia Hawkswell & Team reserves the right to enforce, book or release options if a secondary Job is ready to confirm.

• All bookings are + GST, parking and travel.

• International bookings include all travel expenses (Return Class Flights ** transfers, accommodation & per diems.

• International Bookings are based on travel days & work days unless otherwise negotiated, which may be based on a 5-day buyout.

• Private Bookings are bound by the above & may include additional T&Cs. Please refer to confirmation emails & ask for clarification if needed.

All rates + GST unless previously negotiated & Service Fee 3%.
